What LD&B Cares Means to Us
At LD&B Insurance & Financial Services, giving back to our community is more than an initiative. It is part of who we are and how we show up every day for the places we call home. Since our founding in 1974, LD&B has stayed true to a mission of supporting the communities we serve. As a 100 percent employee-owned agency, we don’t just work here, we live here and care deeply about making our neighborhoods stronger and more vibrant for families, friends, and neighbors.
A Year-Round Commitment
LD&B Cares reflects our commitment to making a difference throughout the year. In 2023 the agency supported or sponsored more than 350 nonprofit organizations. Every LD&B team member is empowered to make an impact with paid volunteer time and an annual donation allocation to support causes that matter to them. These efforts are a direct extension of our core values of service and generosity, which guide the way we give back to others.
