Celebrating Our Clients and Our Community

There is one day each year dedicated entirely to thanking the clients and communities we are proud to serve: Customer Appreciation Day. It is a tradition that gives us the opportunity to step away from our desks, welcome clients into our space, and simply say thank you.

While we value every phone call, email, and office visit throughout the year, there is something special about gathering together in person. It reminds us that the relationships we build with our clients are the foundation of everything we do.

More Than Food and Fun

Customer Appreciation Day is filled with familiar favorites, from morning donuts and coffee to hot dogs, hamburgers, and Smiley's Ice Cream. It is a relaxed day where clients can stop by, enjoy a meal, catch up with our team, and connect with others in the community.

More importantly, it is our chance to express our gratitude for the trust our clients place in us. Your confidence in LD&B allows us to continue serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.

Giving back has always been part of who we are. Since the beginning, our founders established a culture centered on generosity, and that commitment continues to guide us today.

Whether we are helping clients protect what matters most or supporting local organizations through the LD&B Cares initiative, we believe strong communities are built through meaningful relationships and service.
