LD&B Confirms Deal to Acquire Weaver Insurance & Financial Advisors
LD&B Insurance & Financial Services has today confirmed the acquisition of Weaver Insurance & Financial Advisors for an undisclosed amount, bringing together two of the most significant independent insurance brokers in Virginia.

All LD&B offices, including the newly-acquired office in Waynesboro, will be open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 8am to 3pm on Fridays, with 3pm to 5pm reserved for individual client appointments, calls, and emails.
