LD&B Insurance and Financial Services has earned national recognition for its leadership in reimagining how employer-sponsored healthcare is delivered. The organization received a prestigious Rosie Award during the 2025 RosettaFest Awards Ceremony, held at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. The event celebrates innovation in healthcare across the United States.
From a field of more than 10,000 employers in the Health Rosetta ecosystem, over 2,000 candidates were evaluated, and only 60 were selected as winners. LD&B stood out for its commitment to transparency, innovation, and reinvestment, delivering measurable savings and improved outcomes through health plan strategies.
Recognizing Real-World Impact
Several LD&B clients achieved national recognition across different employer categories. Frazier Quarry was honored as one of the Top 50 Health Plans for Small Employers. Blauch Brothers and Dynamic Aviation received the same honor in the Mid-sized Employers category. In addition, the Employers Health Risk Consortium (EHRC), a community-owned health plan supported by LD&B, was named a Top 5 Community-Owned Health Plan. LD&B’s own health plan was recognized as a Top 5 Walk the Talk plan, highlighting our leadership in putting health plan values into practice.
These awards showcase LD&B’s commitment to designing high-value, low-cost health plans that focus on both people and performance. This recognition reflects LD&B’s role in helping employers create better health outcomes while strategically reinvesting savings to benefit their workforce and communities.
A Shared Commitment to Better Healthcare
“This award belongs to our team and our community,” said LD&B President and CEO, Troy Suter. “We believe that great healthcare benefits are both a moral imperative and a competitive advantage. This recognition proves what’s possible when we lead with purpose, data, and collaboration.”
Health Rosetta Advisor John Woodworth added, “It’s a privilege to serve as the advisor for LD&B Insurance and Financial Services. Their commitment to transparency and exceptional care has produced one of the best health plans in the country.”
Setting a National Example
The Rosie Awards honor organizations that model innovative employee benefits focused on smarter spending, improved outcomes, and stronger communities. As Health Rosetta’s approach continues to shape the national conversation on health plan innovation, LD&B remains a proud example of leadership in action, demonstrating how great benefits improve lives and reduce costs.
