SEARCH The Shenandoah County SEARCH, Inc. (“SEARCH”) mission is to provide a warm, nurturing home for intellectually challenged adults through our Group Home and operate the Thrift Shop, which serves the broader community’s needs by offering quality merchandise at affordable prices. The Thrift Shop sells only donated items and provides most of the financial support for the Group Home.
VALLEY MISSION serves more than 700 individuals each year. The Mission strives to promote self-sustainability through the provision of case management, pastoral counseling, financial assistance, and onsite enrichment programs including an afterschool program and onsite mental health counseling.
