HOPE DISTRIBUTED serves more than 2,000 people a month and distributes over 700,000 pounds of food a year. In our area 1 in 10 people struggle with hunger, and 1 in 6 are children. Hope Distributed’s clients have to make tough choices:
• 64% choose between paying for housing or food
• 72% choose between paying for utilities or food
• 68% choose between paying for medicine or food
ROCKINGHAM-HARRISONBURG SPCA (RHSPCA) Since 1973, the RHSPCA has been providing compassionate animal care to help pets and people live happier, healthier lives. They offer a full range of services, including easy pet adoption services.
